The location of this place was great, being so close to the beach and Edinburgh, it was a perfect base for exploring the area.

The room was spacious and had essential amenities like a hair dryer, shower facilities, and bath sheets, and the comfortable bed ensured a good night's sleep.

Reasonably spacious caravan with views of sea. A lot of facilities like: a fridge, an electric kettle, and a microwave.

Beds were very uncomfortable.

I got complimentary caravan as an upgrade, nice gesture. A fridge, an electric kettle, and a microwave worked well. The location couldn't be more marvellous in the middle of the city. Besides, it was near to Edinburgh, and the beach.

This venue met all our needs and we highly recommend it; we and our children had a wonderful time there, plus it's a convenient 29-minute drive to the airport.

I always stay at this wonderful place in Port Seton. Great staff, they helped me return my forgotten headphones. Perfect amenities like free Wi-Fi, parking, indoor pool, bar. I keep coming back for my holidays!

At this place, we enjoyed having a separate bedroom which provided privacy. It was great to have handy kitchen appliances like a microwave, electric kettle, and a fridge available for use. the location was ideal as it was close to both Edinburgh and the beach, offering a perfect balance of city and seaside vibes.

The caravan at Seton Sands Holiday Home was immaculate and modern, providing a comfortable and cozy atmosphere. The beds were exceptionally comfortable, and the heating and hot water were efficient. We loved the location, being just a 5-minute walk from the beach. Donna, the host, left a lovely welcome package and had thoughtfully included a high chair and kids' books and toys. The surroundings offered nice play parks and facilities for family entertainment.

Additionally, some dishes needed to be washed again, and the front door could use some adjustment as we could see the outside when it was shut.

We had a fantastic stay at Seton Sands Holiday Home. the caravan was immaculate and had a modern and comfortable feel. the beds were extremely cozy and the heating and hot water were efficient. We loved the great location, just a 5-minute walk to the beach. the little play parks dotted around the site were a nice touch, and we didn't even need to use the facilities at Haven because the beach was so good. Donna, our host, was very friendly and hospitable, even leaving a lovely welcome package with thoughtful touches like a high chair, kids books and toys, and a bed rail. it was a fabulous family break to Edinburgh. We were delighted to find a thoughtful welcome package waiting for us, complete with chocolates and biscuits. The location, just a short stroll from the beach, was ideal. Additionally, the host kept us well-informed throughout our stay, ensuring a smooth experience.

It was a bit disappointing that the Wi-Fi connection wasn't reliable, limiting our access to streaming platforms like Netflix.
